Our 2025 flower workshops

Come to Flowers from the Garden to relax and get creative in the bespoke-built workshop and beautiful Yorkshire garden. All flower workshops are aimed at the beginner, no experience is necessary. All equipment and refreshments will be provided, including locally-made cake. The floral arrangement workshops are all at my Studio in the flower garden in lovely Slaithwaite, West Yorkshire.
🌻 Bespoke flower workshops (for example floral bouquet making) can be arranged for you and your friends, hen parties or work colleagues (ideal number 6 people, but can have up to 10 in the barn room).
🌻 DIY Wedding Flower workshops can also be arranged.
🌻 1 to 1 sessions by arrangement – please contact me for further details.
Prices are based on at least 6 people attending and refunds will only be given if your place is filled.

Easter Wreath Workshop

Create a beautiful wreath to adorn your door for Easter using plants, foliage, and flowers.
Grow your own Cutting Patch
Sunday 27th April 1.30-5pm £60
This workshop is aimed at beginners, those who would like to see beautiful flowers in their garden which can be cut and arranged in the vase. We will cover choosing where to grow flowers, which ones to grow and how to grow them. You will be given some goodies to start you off on your growing journey.
Pick a Posy Workshop
Sunday 1st June 10am-12pm £35
A chance to pick your own flowers fresh from the Cutting Patch. After a demonstration, you will be let loose in the garden to choose your seasonal flowers then back to the workshop to create your own unique posy of flowers.
Solstice Celebration Half Moon wreath and Sound Bath
Saturday 21st June 2-5.30pm £55
This is a brand new and exciting workshop! I will be collaborating with the lovely Nikki from Om 2 Zen | crystal healing.
We will be working together to bring you a gorgeous afternoon of relaxation, meditation and creativity. Together we will make a half moon wreath and Nikki will immerse you in a beautiful sound bath under shelter in the garden if the weather permits! (Inside if not).
You will be treated to Cacao (other drinks are available) fruit and cake. You will leave relaxed and rejuvenated.
Seasonal Bouquet Workshop

Create a gorgeous seasonal bouquet of summer flowers for yourself or for a gift. We will discuss how to care for your flowers and you will create something beautiful and unique.
Bowl Workshop
Sunday 3rd August 2-5pm £50
Create your own beautiful bowl of flowers using seasonal flowers fresh from the Cutting Patch. Embrace shapes, colours, textures and scents to create something gorgeous and unique.
Meadow Box Arrangement
Saturday 30th August 2-5pm £55
Create a gorgeous long-lasting arrangement (or a shorter-lasting one with fresh flowers) which captures the beauty of summer after an explore around the cutting patch for inspiration.
Autumn Wreath
Sunday 28th September 2-5pm £45
Create a gorgeous Autumn wreath to adorn your door using berries, fruit, flowers and foliage, a lovely way to enjoy the changing seasons.
Halloween Pumpkin arrangement
Sunday 26th October 2-5pm £45
Come to Flowers from the Garden and create a spooky Halloween arrangement in a pumpkin. We will create using foliage, flowers and dried flowers.
