Our 2026 flower workshops
Come to Flowers from the Garden to relax and get creative in the bespoke-built workshop and beautiful Yorkshire garden. All flower workshops are aimed at the beginner, no experience is necessary. All equipment and refreshments will be provided, including locally-made cake. The floral arrangement workshops are all at my Studio in the flower garden in lovely Slaithwaite, West Yorkshire.
🌻 Bespoke flower workshops (for example floral bouquet making) can be arranged for you and your friends, hen parties or work colleagues (ideal number 6 people, but can have up to 10 in the barn room).
🌻 DIY Wedding Flower workshops can also be arranged.

Prices are based on at least 6 people attending and refunds will only be given if your place is filled.

Easter Kokedama Workshop 🌸
Sunday 29th March 10-12pm – £40
On this fun 2 hour workshop we will make Kokedamas (Japanese moss balls) using bulbs, twigs and dried flowers to decorate for Easter either in the house or outside.
We will use mini daffodils,crocus and other bulbs to create a little bit of nature’s magic. They look great on a plate indoors, in a bowl outside, or even hanging from a tree!
You will take 3 Kokedamas home with you.
Easter Wreath Workshop
Sunday 29th April 2-5pm – £50
Create a beautiful wreath to adorn your door for Easter using plants, foliage, and flowers.
Grow your own Cutting Patch
Sunday 26th April 9.30-1pm – £65
This workshop is aimed at beginners, those who would like to see beautiful flowers in their garden which can be cut and arranged in the vase. We will cover choosing where to grow flowers, which ones to grow and how to grow them. You will be given some goodies to start you off on your growing journey.

Early Summer Bowl Arrangement Workshop
Sunday 14th June 2-5pm – £55
Create your own beautiful bowl of flowers using seasonal flowers fresh from the Cutting Patch. Embrace shapes, colours, textures and scents to create something gorgeous and unique.
Sound Bath and Pick a Posy Workshop
Saturday 18th July 2-5.30pm – £60
A beautiful combination of flowers and sound. A truly unique experience. First, you will be let loose amongst the flowers with Alison to cut and create your own posy, and then you will be immersed in a beautifully relaxing sound bath with Nikki from Om 2 Zen.
A truly relaxing and wonderful way to spend your Saturday afternoon.
Summer Vase Workshop
Sunday 23rd August 2-5pm – £50
Come with your own vase or jug and create a gorgeous, unique bouquet to put in it using our just-picked, nature-friendly flowers.

Autumn Wreath Workshop
Saturday 26th September 2-5 – £50
Come and create a gorgeous Autumn wreath to adorn your door, using seasonal foliage, flowers and fruits.
Halloween Special Workshop 🎃
Saturday 31st October 1.30-5pm – £60
Come to Flowers from the Garden and create a spooky mini Halloween arrangement in a pumpkin and a mini witch’s broom with dried flowers.
We will create using foliage, flowers and dried flowers.
Dried Flower Cloud Workshop
Sunday 15th November 2-5.30pm – £65
Come and create your own gorgeous piece of art to adorn your home in a beautiful and stylish way.
We will create a beautiful and totally unique Flower Cloud to hang in your home.
